Creche Manager – Lead and Inspire in Kildare (Maynooth, Kilcock, Newbridge)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and inspiring the teams across our Maynooth, Kilcock, and Newbridge creches
• Ensuring full compliance with childcare regulations and Little Harvard policies
• Managing staff performance through appraisals, training, and ongoing development
• Building strong relationships with parents and families, creating a community feel across all locations
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the creches, ensuring the highest standards of care
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for both children and staff
• Collaborating with senior management and HR to implement best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Level 6 in Childcare (or equivalent DCYA-approved qualification)
• Proven experience in a managerial role in childcare
• Extensive knowledge of childcare regulations and TUSLA inspections
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to drive and maintain a positive, nurturing environment for children and staff
• FAR certified, with HACCP and NCS knowledge (preferred but not required)
• Strong IT skills and experience with managing online systems
• A passion for early childhood education and the drive to help our staff grow
