Description
Welcome to Buzz 16! We create best-in-class sports entertainment across linear and digital platforms, working with some of the biggest names in sport and leading broadcasters worldwide.
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Video Editor who’ll work across a wide range of sports content, including studio shows, podcasts, promos, openers, and feature pieces for broadcast and digital platforms. You will craft compelling stories in both long and short form, adapting your editing style to suit different platforms, audiences, and formats.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Editing a variety of content including studio programming, podcasts, promos, title sequences and features.
- Working across both long form storytelling and short form, social first content.
- Collaborating closely with Producers, Assistant Producers and Creative teams to bring ideas to life.
- Creating polished, engaging edits with strong pacing, narrative and visual style.
- Incorporating graphics, music and sound design to elevate content.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Responding to feedback quickly and efficiently.
As a fast moving production environment, you may also support across a range of projects and priorities where needed.
Who you are
- You have strong experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Proven editing experience across broadcast, digital, and social formats.
- A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and structure.
- Able to switch between long form narrative and short form, high impact edits.
- Good understanding of graphics workflows and motion design integration.
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
