Are you an experienced manufacturing leader who thrives on developing people, improving processes and delivering results?

We're looking for a Manufacturing Cell Leader to lead a team of production operatives, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and performance across our manufacturing operations. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical production area, influence continuous improvement and help shape a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Manufacturing Cell Leader, you'll:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of production operatives.
  • Champion a strong health, safety and environmental culture.
  • Deliver production plans while achieving key operational KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained and operational targets are met.
  • Support employee development through training, coaching and performance management.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and other support functions.
  • Use data and performance measures to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.

What We're Looking For

βœ… Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
βœ… Experience managing, motivating and developing people
βœ… Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement tools
βœ… Strong communication and organisational skills
βœ… Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
βœ… A proactive approach to safety, quality and operational excellence
βœ… Confidence in managing performance and leading change

Additional Information

  • Level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable.
  • BPSS Security Clearance will be required within six months of joining.
