Description
Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.
We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Homeownership Services team and manage the day-to-day functions of homeownership services and transactions. You will provide a highly proactive and customer-focused resales and staircasing service, which will include remortgages, probate enquiries, freehold/leasehold disposals, solicitor enquiries, lease extensions/variations, and repossessions/forfeitures.
With proven experience and working knowledge in property transactions, residential conveyancing and a variety of homeownership products and current housing legislation, you will have a proven track record of providing customer service to a range of customers in a housing environment, along with good administration and IT skills and good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage a large and varied workload.
