This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day running of airport operations, ensuring aircraft depart safely and on schedule while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The Role
As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate all operational functions required to achieve the safe and timely turnaround of aircraft. Working in a fast-paced airport environment, you will oversee ramp operations, liaise with multiple teams and service providers, and help ensure outstanding on-time performance.
You will become part of a close-knit operational team where communication, teamwork and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the safe, secure and efficient arrival and departure of aircraft from stand to pushback.
- Oversee ramp safety for all staff, contractors and third-party service providers.
- Deliver high standards of On Time Performance (OTP) in line with company turnaround targets and Precision Time Scale (PTS) requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant DFT and CAA directives and procedures.
- Coordinate all aircraft servicing requirements requested by crew or engineers.
- Conduct and confirm FOD checks and activate aircraft guidance systems where applicable.
- Communicate operational information accurately and promptly to the Load Control Department.
- Support strong working relationships with airport partners and contracted service providers.
- Assist with disruption management and provide operational updates on aircraft status.
- Support check-in operations and ensure customers are processed in accordance with PTS standards.
- Assist with local operations and load control oversight, including load sheet preparation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SOPs, operational notices and company memos.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
