We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our new team in Semple Woods, Donabate team in Co. Dublin.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and supporting your room team to deliver high-quality, play-based learning
• Planning and overseeing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Acting as a role model for best practice in early years education
• Building strong partnerships with parents and guardians
• Ensuring compliance with Tusla regulations and Little Harvard policies
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintaining high standards of safety and wellbeing at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Level 6 in Childcare (Level 7/8 desirable)
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Solid knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Confidence in mentoring and guiding team members
