We're looking for an organised and proactive Junior Production Manager to join our team in London on a 6 month fixed term basis. TThis is an exciting opportunity for someone to support the successful delivery of live and non-live sports productions from planning through to final delivery.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing the delivery of live and non-live sports productions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards.
  • Coordinating freelance crew, suppliers and production logistics.
  • Preparing production paperwork, including call sheets, risk assessments and compliance documentation.
  • Managing travel, accommodation and logistics for crew and talent.
  • Supporting production budgets, cost tracking, invoices and client reporting.
  • Overseeing post-production delivery, ensuring content and assets are supplied on schedule.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for crew, suppliers, clients and broadcasters.
As part of a fast-moving production environment, you will support across a range of projects and priorities where needed.
 
Who You Are
  • Previous experience in production management, production coordination or a similar role within sports, television or live events.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident coordinating crew, suppliers and production logistics.
  • Comfortable supporting budgets, cost tracking and production administration.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, broadcasters, crew and suppliers.
  • Proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Production operations run smoothly, with clear processes, accurate documentation and effective cost management.
  • Clients, broadcasters, crew and suppliers receive excellent support throughout delivery.
