We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee multiple creches in North Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is ready to make an impact, drive excellence, and support teams in providing outstanding childcare.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the daily operations of multiple creches across your area.

• Supporting and mentoring Creche Managers to ensure high standards of care, compliance, and team development.

• Driving excellence in early years education and maintaining strong relationships with parents and regulatory bodies.

• Monitoring performance, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficiency and growth.

• Implementing policies and procedures that align with company standards and childcare regulations.

• Leading by example and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in the childcare sector or a similar multi-site management role.

• A strong understanding of Tusla regulations and early years education best practices.

• The ability to inspire and support teams, ensuring a high standard of care and education.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• A results-driven mindset with experience in financial and operational management.

• A relevant qualification in childcare, business management, or a related field is an advantage.
