Due to continued focus on operational excellence, we are now looking for an Operations and Inventory Specialist to join our Operations Management Team. This is a pivotal role, providing governance, expertise, and strategic oversight of inventory control processes across our WMS and Epicor systems — ensuring accuracy, integrity, and a consistently excellent customer experience.
The role
The Operations and Inventory Specialist plays a key role in enabling strong OTIF performance and dependable customer outcomes by owning and continuously improving inventory accuracy and controls. Working cross‑functionally with Operations, IT, Finance and our system partners, you will ensure that our inventory processes are robust, transparent and fit for the future.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and confident influencing at all levels — someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys solving complex problems, and believes that great process drives great performance.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience working with ERP and WMS systems, ideally in a stock governance or inventory control focused role
- Excellent numerical ability with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proven experience owning processes and driving continuous improvement
- Confident communicator, able to explain complex issues clearly and influence at all levels
- Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to balance control with operational pace
- IT literate with strong multitasking and project management capability
- A collaborative mindset, with the professionalism, honesty and transparency to address issues constructively
