Description

Jersey Hospice Care are looking for a Senior Community Paramedic to join our Specialist Palliative Care team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The postholder will be based at Jersey Hospice Care and will play a pivotal role within Jersey Hospice Care’s (JHC) progressive and patient‑centred framework, actively contributing to a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional acute specialist palliative care across the Island. As a key member of our service, you will bring advanced clinical knowledge, skills, and a passion for excellence to help drive forward JHC’s clinical aims and objectives.

The successful postholder will respond to patients with complex and rapidly changing needs, managing urgent situations with agility and innovation while working collaboratively across organisational and professional boundaries. You will play a key role in supporting patients and families to remain in their preferred place of care, helping to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions and ensuring the highest level of compassionate, expert care.

Jersey Hospice Care offer a competitive remuneration package, including private medical cover, pension and free parking, and a relocation package for applicants outside of Jersey.

As an equal opportunities employer, Jersey Hospice Care is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We celebrate equality and diversity and actively encourage applications from people from diverse backgrounds.
