Description

An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Professionally Qualified Social Worker to join an expanding Social Work team,  working with adults with Disabilities and their families in WALK services.

The successful candidate will join a progressive, growing multi-disciplinary team who support and empower people with disabilities to live meaningful lives through a shared values approach. 

A detailed role description is attached. If you believe you have the necessary enthusiasm, competencies, and experience to bring to this role we would like to hear from you. Additional training on ‘low arousal’, Autism-Informed approaches and person-centred planning will be provided.
