Description

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer focused HR Administrative Support colleague to join our HR team for a 4 month fixed term contract.

If you enjoy helping people, keeping things running smoothly and being part of a supportive team, this role offers a great opportunity to make a meaningful contribution across the employee lifecycle.

In this varied position, you’ll be a first point of contact for HR queries, help ensure our recruitment and onboarding processes run seamlessly, keep our HR systems accurate and up to date, and support payroll, benefits and learning activities.

Key responsibilities include:
• Responding to HR enquiries and guiding staff and managers to helpful advice, policies and support.
• Maintaining accurate HR records, databases, spreadsheets and electronic filing systems.
• Supporting payroll, recruitment and onboarding, including induction and new starter documentation.
• Assisting with benefits and learning activities, internal HR communications and wider HR processes.
• Handling HR information with care, professionalism and respect for confidentiality and data protection requirements.

About you:
• Experience in HR administration, ideally within a generalist HR environment.
• Confident using IT systems, with a willingness to learn HR databases such as SelectHR.
• CIPD Associate level qualification, or currently working towards Level 3 CIPD.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion and clear communication.
